The Air Lagon Adventure

In 1984, John Jourdain made the very first paragliding flight in Reunion Island from the heights of Saint-Leu. This pioneering flight marked the beginning of an adventure that has lasted over 40 years.

Today, Air Lagon is the reference for tandem paragliding in Reunion Island. With over 50,000 flights completed, our team of state-certified instructors lets you discover the lagoon of Saint-Leu in the best possible conditions.

Our take-off site, Les Colimaçons, offers exceptional flying conditions almost year-round. The flight ends with a smooth landing on the beach, facing the turquoise lagoon.

Parapente à La Réunion avec Air Lagon

Air Lagon Parapente est le pionnier du parapente à La Réunion depuis 1984, fondé par John Jourdain qui a réalisé le premier vol de parapente de l'histoire de l'île en novembre 1984.

Située à Saint-Leu sur la côte ouest de La Réunion, Air Lagon propose des baptêmes de parapente biplace au-dessus du lagon turquoise, classé parmi les plus beaux sites de vol au monde.

Avec plus de 42 ans d'expérience et 50 000 vols réalisés, Air Lagon est la seule structure de parapente de La Réunion à détenir le label Qualité Tourisme et le Trophée du Tourisme 2008 décerné par le Ministère du Tourisme.

Les vols sont accessibles dès 4 ans et sont encadrés par des moniteurs titulaires du Brevet d'État. Cinq formules sont proposées : Vol Découverte (90 euros, 15-20 min depuis 800 m), Vol Long (100 euros, 25-30 min), Vol Extra Long (115 euros, 30-40 min, formule la plus populaire), Vol Panoramique (140 euros, 25-30 min depuis 1 600 m), et Vol du Maïdo (299 euros, 45-60 min depuis 2 200 m).

La Réunion bénéficie de conditions de vol exceptionnelles avec environ 300 jours de vol par an. La saison sèche de mai à novembre offre les conditions les plus stables.
