The maps, relief views and terrain cross-sections shown on this website are derived from public data by IGN (the French national mapping agency): the RGE ALTI® digital terrain model and, for the perspective views — the take-off sites map, the flight illustrations and the map of the bay of Saint-Leu —, BD ORTHO® aerial imagery, distributed through the Géoplateforme under the Etalab Open Licence 2.0 — © IGN. They are illustrative renderings with no topographic value; the flight path and the private site position drawn on them are indicative.

It offers no account creation. The only data we collect directly is that of the contact form. We keep no mailing list and no customer file beyond what is needed to handle your request.

Disclosure: We provide no information about you to third parties, except to our employees, insurers, professional advisers or subcontractors as necessary for the purposes set out in this policy.

Contact form processors: sending your message involves two providers, and only those two. Cloudflare, Inc. provides the anti-robot check (Turnstile) that protects the form from automated submissions; Resend, Inc. (United States) then delivers the message to our inbox. Neither uses your data for its own purposes, and no other recipient is involved.

Hosting and transfers: Data is hosted within the European Union. Certain technical providers (content delivery network) may however operate outside the European Union, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

A cookie is a small file placed on your device by the website you visit. Here is exactly what this site sets, and what it does not.

Strictly necessary cookies — no consent required. The public site sets none: your language is read from the page address, not from a cookie. Only the administration area, reserved for the operator, sets any at sign-in (keystatic-gh-access-token and keystatic-gh-refresh-token, which keep the content editor’s session alive) — never during a visit to the site. None serves any advertising purpose.

Anonymous audience measurement — no consent required. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookie and cannot identify you. We also count eight aggregated actions: « Book » clicks, gift card purchases, phone calls, WhatsApp, e-mail, directions requests, contact form submissions and clicks through to a partner’s website. From those clicks we record only the type of action, the originating page, the language and the site you came from — never your IP address, never an identifier, never anything that would recognise you from one visit to the next.

No trackers requiring consent. This website uses no targeted advertising, no embedded social network and no session recording tool. That is why no consent banner is shown to you: we set nothing that would require one.

This website redirects to the online booking platform Elloha, where flight bookings and gift card purchases take place: payment and the data you enter there fall under that platform and its own privacy policy. It may also contain links to other websites (TripAdvisor, Facebook, Instagram), as well as to the websites of the partners AIR LAGON mentions for its visitors’ convenience — currently Tropicar (car rental). These partnerships are a plain exchange of visibility: each mentions the other, with no financial consideration, no referral commission and no exclusivity. AIR LAGON has no control over the content of these third-party websites and disclaims all responsibility for their content or for any collection and transmission of personal data carried out by those sites.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These legal notices are governed by French law. In case of dispute, after an attempt at amicable resolution, jurisdiction is attributed to the competent courts of Saint-Denis, Reunion Island, France.

The Client may resort free of charge to conventional mediation, with a consumer mediator listed by the CECMC or with a sector mediation body, under articles L611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.
