7. Cookies and Analytics
A cookie is a small file placed on your device by the website you visit. Here is exactly what this site sets, and what it does not.
Strictly necessary cookies — no consent required. NEXT_LOCALE stores your language preference and expires when you close your browser. refresh_token keeps the administration area session alive for 7 days; it is only set when signing in to that restricted area, never during a visit to the public site. Neither serves any advertising purpose.
Anonymous audience measurement — no consent required. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookie and cannot identify you. We also count five aggregated actions: « Book » clicks, phone calls, WhatsApp, e-mail and directions requests. From those clicks we record only the type of action, the originating page, the language and the site you came from — never your IP address, never an identifier, never anything that would recognise you from one visit to the next.
No trackers requiring consent. This website uses no targeted advertising, no embedded social network and no session recording tool. That is why no consent banner is shown to you: we set nothing that would require one.
Your browser also lets you block or delete cookies already set, through its settings.
8. Liability
AIR LAGON endeavours to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of information published on this website. However, AIR LAGON cannot guarantee the accuracy, precision or completeness of the information provided.
AIR LAGON disclaims all liability for any imprecision, inaccuracy or omission regarding information available on the website, as well as for any damage resulting from fraudulent intrusion by a third party leading to a modification of the information made available.
Photographs and illustrations on this website are non-contractual. Weather conditions and flight paths may vary.
9. External Links
This website may contain links to other websites (TripAdvisor, Facebook, Instagram). AIR LAGON has no control over the content of these third-party websites and disclaims all responsibility for their content or for any collection and transmission of personal data carried out by those sites.
10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These legal notices are governed by French law. In case of dispute, after an attempt at amicable resolution, jurisdiction is attributed to the competent courts of Saint-Denis, Reunion Island, France.
The Client may resort to conventional mediation with the Consumer Mediation Commission or with any existing sector-specific mediation body.
