When to call
The phone is the most direct channel: the office answers from 8.30 am to 6.30 pm Monday to Saturday, and until 6 pm on Sunday. WhatsApp, email and the form below all reach the same desk. We reply the same day, between flights.
What to tell us
- The date you have in mind, and a fallback if you only have one day free.
- The number of people flying.
- The weight of each passenger if you are after the Panoramic Flight: above 90 kg that flight is not advised, without being forbidden, and the instructor judges each case at booking.
- Any medical constraint: pregnancy, recent surgery, ongoing treatment.
Those few lines save an exchange of messages and let us answer you clearly the first time.
To book
Slots are booked online on Elloha, our partner platform. Elloha does not show every slot we have: if it comes up full at the time you want, do not stop there — call us on +262 692 87 52 87, message us on WhatsApp, or use the form below. No deposit is required: you pay on site in cash, by cheque or with chèques vacances (up to 50%) — card payment is online. For a group, a company outing, a special request or a question the FAQ does not answer, write to us.
