Tropicar hires out cars in Réunion. We mention them for a simple reason: the question we hear most before a flight isn’t “will I be scared”, it’s “how do I get to you”.
Why we mention them
The meeting point is near Kélonia, at the northern entrance to Saint-Leu. Coming from Roland Garros airport or the north of the island, a car is still the simplest way to be there on time, and parking is free on site. Tropicar has desks at the airport and in Saint-Gilles-les-Bains — the two places our passengers most often land or stay. That is all we have to say about it: the rest — the vehicles, the rates, the terms — is on their side, and changes without us.

Without a car
It isn’t compulsory. Lines 30, 31, 37 and 42 of the Kar’ouest network serve the area, and the contact page carries the exact address, directions and meeting time.
